New Age Telecom 20th anniversary circa 2005
Our Company
Discover the rich tradition of New Age Telecom. We offer you solid grounding in the telecommunications industry, along with the personal commitment of our team members to your success. We invite you to see how we have grown with the technology itself to provide dedicated leadership to your telecommunications needs.
A personal message from our founder:
In 1985, due to the divestiture of the Bell System, I was faced with the choice of staying with AT&T, which meant moving my wife and two daughters to another state where I'd have seniority or finding other work in this area. I decided to stay here and start a business doing what I had been trained to do, that is, installation & repair of business telephone systems. I started the business following the same core philosophies that Indiana Bell, my supervisors and co-workers had instilled in me; 'treat people with respect, place quality above profits, be honest, deliver on time and provide the best service possible for every customer'. These were the values we had at Indiana Bell and they continue to be the values here at New Age Telecom today.
As I look back on my 42 plus years in the industry it is amazing how technology has changed: we've moved from needing a 25 pair cable to have five lines on a telephone, to needing only one pair of cable for any amount of lines and now with wireless and VoIP the possibilities are endless.
As the second generation of leadership prepares to take the wheel here at New Age Telecom, I am confident that New Age will continue to meet and exceed your expectations.
Sincerely,
